Giveaways will take place monthly beginning August 1, 2005. Limit one entry per person per drawing period, regardless of method of entry. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m., ET, on the day before the end of the calendar quarter for which the drawing will take place and mail entries must be postmarked at least ten (10) days prior to the end of the calendar quarter in which the drawing will take place.
ConsumerVoted.org, LLC, 5075 Roswell Road, Suite E, Atlanta, Georgia, ("Sponsor") assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures or illegible, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or stolen entries or mail.
ELIGIBILITY: Legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older who reside in the State of Georgia are eligible to enter, except that employees or contractors of Sponsor or of Sponsor’s contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries and any other entity or person involved or participating in this promotion, or members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are ineligible.
WINNER SELECTION: Within thirty (30) days following the end of each calendar month, a random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted under the supervision of Sponsor. Potential winners will be notified by email and prizes will be delivered within thirty (30) days following the drawing. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and agree that Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion and acceptance, possession and use of prizes. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. Sponsor disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third party goods provided to the prize winners.
PRIZES/ODDS: The Prize consists of a Gift Certificate issued by Sponsor that is redeemable for products or services at any company listed on our website at the time of redemption. The retail value of the prize is $250.00. Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received. Estimated participation is 1000 entries per drawing. The approximate odds of winning are 1 in 1000.
GENERAL: Except where prohibited by law, (i) entry constitutes permission to use winners' entry, name, hometown, and any statements regarding this giveaway for public relations, promotion and advertising purposes on behalf of Sponsor without compensation; (ii) potential winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within ten (10) days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Noncompliance with these Official Rules or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
By participating and winning a prize, winners release Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize won and participation in the giveaway. Giveaway is subject to all U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners.
